Returns & Refunds
Wild Horses Run Free accepts returns of unused items within 14 days from the date of shipment; with the exception of sale items. All items must be unworn, in it's original packaging, and must include all attached tags.
You'll need your invoice or a printed email confirmation.
Shipping cost for returned or exchanged items will be paid by the customer. Please use a trusted carrier and include tracking and insurance.
Wild Horses Run Free is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that have been returned or exchanged. In case of a defective or damaged product upon customer receipt, Wild Horses Run Free will incur the cost of the returned item only.
Wild Horses Run Free cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods purchased from other retailers or websites.
Sale items are considered Final Sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase minus the shipping fees. We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from the Wild Horses Run Free website.
Return packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we only offer size/color exchanges. If the chosen substitute size/color is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, a new order must be placed.
